Returns & Exchanges:
Sale items are final sales; merchandise is not returnable or exchangeable. Other merchandise may be returned or exchanged. There is a restocking fee on all returns. Exchanges of equal value do not incur a restocking fee. Our restocking fee on returns is 15% of the value of the merchandise, with a minimum restocking fee of $10.00. Pre-approval of all returns and exchanges is required. To request return or exchange authorization and receive return instructions, Please fill out our RMA request form
-All return requests must be received within 10 business days from receipt of shipment.
-All returns must be postmarked within 5 business days of receiving return authorization and must be returned in the original packaging.
-A copy of the invoice must accompany the return.
Merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and in salable condition. It is the sole discretion of Dikuza™ to determine if returned goods are in salable condition. Merchandise that is returned in non-salable condition will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Dikuza does not accept authorization requests after 10 business days from receipt of shipment and does not accept goods postmarked after 5 business days from return approval, unless prior arrangements have been made. All unauthorized returns will NOT be processed. We reserve the rights to refuse / reject any return that does not meet our RMA guidelines. Postage, shipping & handling charges & sales tax are not reimbursable.

Ordering:
We'll ship your order within 2 to 3 business days after confirmation of your order and verification of your payment information. We will e-mail you a notice when we have processed your payment, and e-mail you another notice regarding the shipping information once the package is shipped. If we cannot ship your order within the time frame indicated on our site, you will be notified by email with the anticipated ship date or given the option to cancel the order. We will ship your order on the anticipated date unless we receive an email from you requesting rush service or cancellation.
Shipping:
All domestic & international orders are shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS).
"RUSH DELIVERY” within the U.S. is an additional $25.00 for USPS Express Mail® (Overnight to most areas).
U.S.A. & APO’S - USPS Priority Mail® (3-5 business days) US$12.99 + additional US$9.99
Canada - USPS Priority Mail® International (7-10 business days) US$25.99 + additional US$9.99
UK/Australia/International - USPS Priority Mail® International (7-14 business days) US$38.99 + additional US$9.99
Payment:
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers & paypal. We also accept money orders (require 10 days clearing, please enclose a copy of the sale order along with payment), and we do not currently accept payment by check or COD.
Cancellation:
You have 24 hours from placing your order to cancel without any cancellation fee. After this 24 hour grace period, a 20% of the value of the merchandise will be charged to cancel your order.
